BATTLE GROUND, Ore. – A father and son from Battle Ground are both now facing charges in connection to the attack on the U.S. Capitol after FBI agents say they found video evidence in the ‘trash’ file of the father’s cell phone.
Jeremy Grace was arrested Wednesday in Molalla, Oregon on unlawful entry of a restricted building and other charges.
His father, Jeffrey Grace, was arrested back in February after being linked to the January 6 Capitol riot.
