We get Preet Bharara 😈

Daniel Goldman would also be fine. Neal Katyal works as well, or Glenn Kirschner. Dems have some fine candidates to choose from

It’s an important part to what you want. There is a good chance it would uncover enormous amounts of new information. Again, talking points.

government and murder Congress...I believe the election in 22 will not go our way if we spend the time we have in partisan bickering...get what you can done...people elected Joe because they are sick of the constant fighting...I see no point in it. This was not even a bill or a law. Just a damn investigation.

Please tell me what you think is going to get passed by this Senate that helps anyone other than Republican's personal interests? I'm dying to know.

Literally. LITERALLY..... THEY TRIED TO REFUSE TO SEAT JOE. So your point is moot. THE REPUBLICAN SENATE DOES NOT THINK YOUR VOTE OR ANY VOTE FOR A DEMOCRAT SHOULD COUNT!!!

proceeding as well. A special prosecutor coming from the Justice Dept. would also have enforceable subpoena powers which a House committee might not have.

Having both entities investigating Jan. 6 will keep it in the news via interviews and appearances on cable and later night shows through to '22 and close to the mid-term elections, which will benefit Dem candidates.

Pelosi can create a House Select Committee, which would have more power, including subpoena power, than the Compromise Commission would have.

Appoint Schiff the chair, and Benghazi! the shit out of January 6!

A Special Prosecutor would have televised hearings, where as a HSC would.
