That was my fortune cookie tonight at dinner.

But it made me think. Is the unnecessary one Trump or McConnell?

It's also untrue. Good business requires allies, not all adversaries. That's something the former guy didn't learn. If he had, he'd actually be a billionaire. Not a fake one.
But, as to T***p & Moscow Mitch, the answer is both!

As time goes by, a guy with a big mouth & no power, will just become a tiresome guy with a big mouth.
The noisemakers will get tedious to all but the 70% of 24% Rs, and 8-10% of 45% I's.
I'm betting a large swath of america will start enjoying calm, normal & boring.
The useless appendage will be T***p.
