It’s Rudy Giuliani’s Birthday, can’t we give him some handcuffs and Memorial Day weekend in the tombs?

FYI, ‘the tombs’ is the Manhattan Detention Center where if you got arrested on a Friday in NYC you might stay until Monday’s arraignment. A bonus 3-day stay would be just desserts for a man who sent so many innocent people of color to jail thru his policies as a crooked Mayor.

He lost to Dinkin so it was 1993 and Rudy's hair was genuine brown. Probably was the last time he was genuine about anything.
