Interview with Peter Daszak of the WHO

and others on the investigative team about the origins of Sars Cov-2. Interesting listen from Twiv virology podcast hosted by Vincent Raccianello and others. Daszhak has been targeted by the Right. as has Fauci. At the end the hosts fiscuss how ignorant and wrong Nicholas Wade’s article was.

... still haven't found the origin of Eboli.

The rest of the world did not suffer like the US did because they handled whatever happened better than America did which we're at the bottom of the response scale for Covid.

2. That's what I have been saying, but I guess a lot of people want to find a scapegoat.

I suppose it makes a difference whether it was actually manufactured in a lab, or just a naturally occurring virus that was accidentaly released from a lab, but considering the fact that these types of viruses can so easily come out of the wet markets of Asia, the important thing is that we know how to manage them when they reach our shores.

I really don't think it was a manufactured virus, but a lot of republicans are really itching to bomb China into oblivion, so they would like to go with that scenario.

Things have to be political or nobody gains. It’s a an opportunity to prey on fears and xenophobia, like they used WMD to get at Iraq.
