Reversing T---- policy, Biden Thanks Military Families On Memorial Day Weekend Instead Of Golfing

Biden Thanks Military Families On Memorial Day Weekend Instead Of Golfing

President and First Lady Biden are spending the Friday before Memorial Day thanking military families, which is different from the previous four years.

A president who cares about those who serve and treats the holiday marking the ultimate sacrifice for the country seriously and with respect is quite the refreshing change.

President Biden may golf later in the weekend, but he did something that has been missing for the last four years. Biden thanked members of the military and their families for their service to the country. - PoliticusUSA

I’m proud that he’s President. I could never have said that about 45. I won’t agree with everything he does, but he’s doing it in the best interest of our country.

My father served in the navy in WWII in the South China Sea, on an escort carrier with a wooden flight deck, the USS Natoma Bay. They sustained heavy damage and casualties when an unexploded kamikaze ripped a hole in the forward flight deck and started a fire in the hanger below. They repaired the flight deck and resumed flight operations within 18 hours.
