I'm sure your mom knew that too.

We need to remain vigilant so that this small minority doesn't ruin it for all the rest of us.
They WILL do that, if we slack off for one minute.

that others not realizing just what they're getting into often believe their high-minded rhetoric and join them, that bad people are able to harness and grow that passion to serve their goals, and that it can get away from those who thought they could control it. Like now.

but they are sucking more and more people in.

Not to mention they have guns (and yes, I know some libersla have guns, but tnot to that degree.)

And they steal elections.

Yes they have guns.

No they're not smart enough to steal elections. They are the worker bees who are happy to do what they're told. The RWNJs like Charles Koch, Robert Mercer, and many others (you know their names) are stealing the elections and using the fundies for their own purposes.

No, the voters aren't smart enough to do it themselves. But they are just barely smart enough to vote for it to be done.

The GOP only "uses" the Religious right.

In the days of Reagan the religious right was recruited to cement support for the millionaires, corporations and the racists, elitists and the selfish.

The GOP obviously still wears the cross on the front of their uniform but has hookers, blow and burning crosses underneath.

...they'd gladly supply it to "the base" to get what they want from them, and knowing that they'd operate above the restrictive laws of that certain-to-be-corrupt-and-hypocritical theocracy.
