Their automated system asked several times for a shipment from me, I talked to someone over the phone who knew nothing, I emailed, I disputed, and now, they're sending me back the inventory in drips and drabs.
If they had only looked at my sales history, they would have k now not to demand that I ship to them until I hade made a sale, which only happens a couple times a year!!
Total morons!!!
It's terrifying to think they're the biggest company in the world, and they don't understand the simplest of business concepts: inventory/demand.

i dont think they even care too much about the volume sellers.
they make them expend just as much effort to keep their business working.

(7,911 posts)That was my last "job" before I retired. The company I was with closed down the division and I had 2 years to go before I could claim Soc. Sec. so I sold books for 2 years to pay the bills. It was a life saver.
