Stanford Law School Student's Graduation Was Put In Jeopardy Because FedSoc Can't Take A Joke

Stanford Law School Student’s Graduation Was Put In Jeopardy Because FedSoc Can’t Take A Joke

thankfully, this episode is over. but one outlet has identified the students who made the complaint & those students' future clerkships, which are notable for what they suggest about some asymmetries in the clerkship hiring process.

The claim that three adults on the brink of powerful federal clerkships should be granted anonymity after scheming to prevent a classmate from graduating is self-serving nonsense. The public has an overwhelming interest in knowing who FedSoc chooses to place on the path to power.
