I'd noticed the slurring and stumbling over words while I watched the speech last night, but didn't see a clip till this morning.

And yes, I watched the entire speech.

That's why I knew the photos of his badly wrinkled pants and diaper bulge weren't photoshopped, as some people were suggesting they had to be.

FWIW, I thought he seemed disappointed by not having a wilder, more enthusiastic reception from the crowd. He also seemed lethargic and disoriented at times.

He was a couple of hours late, according to what I read last night. His speech was originally supposed to be at 5:30 ET. Then his people told the media he'd appear at 7. It was after 8 before he finally showed up.
