3. Manchin knows he is toast as a Senator if he goes along with Ds on fillibuster.

ALL he wants to do in stay in power and set him self up for the long run.

Biden, Harris, Schumer and DNC Head need to call him in to the Oval Office and read him the riot act. Even if he still doesn't go along, make him feel the pain.
