US Marine, Iraq and Afghanistan vet, Yale grad, and Democratic US Senate Candidate @LucasKunceMO is running against lawyer Mark McCloskey, who points guns at protestors. He annihilates him with one of the best ads you will ever see to start a campaign.

1. I'm glad

his last name is pronounced "koontz". Hope he wins by a massive landslide.

2. I must say, that any candidate running for office who has an ad

showing him or her with a gun, makes me extremely disinclined to vote for that person.

Fortunately, I don't live in Missouri so I won't need to worry about who I would vote for there.

4. Running on gun safety doesn't work well in a state...

...that has a super Republican majority and has passed legislation, along the lines of other red states, to ignore a federal ban on semi-automatic weapons along the same lines of blue states legalizing marijuana in the face of a federal ban. They won’t let the law in the state enforce the ban, in the event of the ban, under the reasoning that if sanctuary cities for immigration can force only the feds to act without their help, then they can to; which makes enforcing the law very difficult.

So it is really no surprise see this at all here.

3. Here's the problem with the video...

There's no assurance that Mark McCloskey will be the Republican candidate. He's running against the Attorney General, a Congresswoman and a former Governor. Add to that, Kunce is running against five other Democrats. Other than telling us he served in Iraq and Afghanistan, he told us nothing about himself or what he'd do in the Senate.
