tidal coastal flooding in several cities and...nah, it's too stupid to even think about.

I kinda think the Earth, moon, sun and all the other planets are in balance. Don't even think about strapping some giant thruster rockets to moon to shift it a bit as all hell might ensue. Such craziness should just be ignored.
