"F--k You"

In my apartment complex, this man has a placard on his balcony that says that but spelled out. Kind of odd. I once spoke to this young man in the sauna at the gym who had "F--k You" tattooed on his head. He was super chill when we were chatting. Maybe because I was a good bit older than him.
