Step TWO:

Hopefully JB informs Putin the U.S. will be toughening the Magnitsky Act and promoting its adoption globally.

Step THREE:

U.S. will be increasing its recruitment of hackers and IT geniuses to develop both defensive and offensive protocols for the cyber Wars.

Step FOUR:

Russian resistance groups will be given high level assistance by our intelligence agencies.
