the last decades. He was not playing the intimidator. He may have a role, still. Was tired of his ego, but I think he was knocked sufficiently down a peg. He was around some great minds. On a leash; maybe we all need a leash once in a while.

As a measured contributor, he can bring the Tip O'Neill means of presenting an argument, rather than competing with the fox screaming heads. Had planned to toss him, out of hand, but he was enlightening this evening.
