The United States federal government is a very complex entity. Give Joe plenty of time, and he will
fix it. He cares, and he will have help from other people that care. Some wonderful and bright people that care. Time will tell and Joe Biden will be successful. Our system didn't get messed up in a day, and won't be fixed in a day.
Joe will our fix system, but fixing this system will take time. Please give Joe time and he will fix this system of government.

The only reason DOJ initiated the internal investigation is that they got caught. It's June, they knew what was going on, and they did nothing till the leaks.
