18. Don't jump to weird conclusions

He didn’t say anyone was the Viet Cong or that the Communists were the good guys or anything of the sort. He just suggested that a bunch of people with assault rifles could challenge US Forces. If you want to point out that it’s hard to picture private citizens challenging the government with deadly force as a good thing or that it’s not the same situation at all, that would be a better argument IMO. Sorry, but I think the whole gotcha, he said their Communists, is usually a silly argument.
