I guess teachers won't be able to teach their students why Juneteenth is a holiday

Because critical race theory is the new boogeyman and many red states, like my idiotic state, have banned all teaching of the racial history of the US.

So if a kid asks about this new federal holiday the teacher will say "I guess we liked that random date for some unknown reason. or maybe you could try Google."

Our country is a mess.

Well, half of it anyway.

CRT is their thing to define. We’re talking about people who take the King James Bible literally.
They don’t know what CRT says, literally, and I’d bet most people around here don’t either. We’re not talking about math equations here or truth tables. Be inventive.
