Police: Florida man pulled gun at Starbucks over cream cheese

The woman the man confronted was the daughter of the local police chief.

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — An angry Florida man pulled a gun on a drive-thru worker because they forgot the cream cheese with his bagel, according to Miami Gardens Police. The employee at the other end of the gun just happened to be the daughter of the police chief.

Police said the man became angry at a Starbucks drive-thru when they messed up his order earlier this week. He returned to the window, screaming at the employee. She asked whether the man had paid for the cream cheese, at which point he became enraged and pulled out a gun, according to an arrest report.

Snip

The suspect faces several charges including aggravated assault with a firearm. He was being held on a $10,000 bond. It's unclear if he has an attorney who could comment on the charges.

A few more details at link. I wonder if this genius will repeat his maladaptive behavior?

but if he's convicted of a felony or a domestic conviction, then Federal law says you can't own, nor possess a firearm, ammunition, magazines, etc. and if caught, could face 10 years in a Fed prison and a $10,000 fine.

Like Texas. Everybody can get a gun, doesn't matter if you have felony convictions or not

He'll have NO PROBLEM finding a new firearm somewhere.

Laws don't apply to people like him when it comes to guns.

I said if convicted of a felony, domestic, or found to be mentally unfit to own a firearm, then if caught, he can face pretty severe consequences.

Amazon has twitch user streaming gun crap as we speak. One un-American pos is using the same "pew pew" words in the title, that the murder used in killing the six year old kid on the highway.
