(7,820 posts)Effed up as is is, there is a not insignificant segment of the right (particularly the Religious Right) that sees poverty as a moral failing and Gods judgment. So, making poor peoples lives worse is not just ok, its the moral stance. Spoiler Warning: none of that is what the Gospels say Jesus actually said. 🤷🏻♀️

Guess he never got that far reading the Gospels. Im sure if he had, he surely wouldnt have forgotten it. Would he? 🤷🏻♀️
Or maybe he did read it but decided it didnt really apply to him. Yeah. Thats gotta be it for a good Christian guy like him.

It does not require a genius in risk management to tell a bank not to invest in junk bond equivalent instruments.
It's obvious that the Radford piece was written by him or his wife.
