There will be a decade of serious culture shifting ahead for Amazon.
The Teamsters have been around for a long time. Many of our grandfathers were in the Teamsters Union. Quitting is not what they do.

When I first joined the Teamsters they got us a 5 year contract that lifted me right out of poverty. For the first time in years I could make it to the end of the month on my salary. It was wonderful, and only got better each year thereafter. I am a proud Teamster!
