If I get too dehydrated
I could get heatstroke and die in the heat.

If one person whose diabetic,heat intolerant or otherwise compromised in the heat gets hospitalized or needs EMTs to help them because of heatstroke..

2. I would have no problem getting arrested for giving out water for humanitarian purposes if the LEO

can cite the code section that states such conduct is illegal.
