Real Time with Bill Maher continues its 19th season Friday, June 25 (10:00-11:00 p.m. live ET/tape-delayed PT), with a replay at 12:30 a.m., exclusively on HBO.

This week features a one-on-one, in-studio interview with Quentin Tarantino, filmmaker, screenwriter and author whose new novel is Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, based on his Oscar-winning film of the same title.

This week's in-studio panel discussion will include Max Brooks, Senior Resident Fellow at the Brent Scowcroft Center on International Security at the Atlantic Council and a Nonresident Fellow at the Modern War Institute at West Point; and Dan Carlin, host of the podcast Hardcore History and author of the New York Times bestseller, The End is Always Near: Apocalyptic Moments from the Bronze Age Collapse to Nuclear Near Misses.

Neil deGrasse Tyson already appeared 2 weeks ago, but I also was looking forward to Max Brooks who is both smart and funny (his Dad is Mel Brooks).

He's very smart and also funny - he is Mel Brooks' son, after all. And we got a recommendation of Dan Carlin upthread, so it sounds like an especially good panel!
