Trump Campaign Responsible for 3% of All Credit Card Fraud in 2020: report

The scale of refunding the Trump campaign was forced to comply with is truly unprecedented, as the former president and the R.N.C. refunded more money to online donors than every federal Democratic candidate and committee in the country combined, the report notes.

A grifter president grifts from his grift-loving base. What’s the story?

Here’s where it gets interesting. If you count the amount of money the Trump campaign refunded before they changed donations to recurring payments, the total figure of refunded payments reaches $122.7 million over the entire course of the campaign.

This figure is so large that at the peak of the Trump campaign fraud, banks and credit-card issuers told The New York Times that these “fraud claims…at their peak, represented as much as 1 to 3 percent of their workload.”

Not their workload from political donations, their entire workload with credit card fraud.
