Ghislaine Maxwell's association with Jeffrey Epstein started years earlier than previously believed

Ghislaine Maxwell’s friendship with disgraced paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein began years earlier than previously believed, a documentary has claimed.

It had been thought that Maxwell, who is currently being held in a New York City jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, began her association with Epstein following the death of her father, newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell, in November 1991.

Epstein, who was found dead in his prison cell in 2019, was believed to have filled a chasm in Maxwell’s life as she mourned her father.

However, researchers for the documentary Ghislaine Maxwell: Epstein’s Shadow found that her famous and wealthy friends, including Prince Andrew, were becoming part of Epstein’s network in the late 1980s.

did a 2-hour program on her the other night. Might have been 20/20. It actually was a very good program. It explained something to me, which is why would any woman go out and procure young girls for the person with whom she's in a relationship with (Epstein)?

The answer is that she comes from a sick, sick background. Her father was born into poverty. When he accumulated money, he did not use it responsibly. For example, he squandered his employees' pension fund. How much lower can you go than to abscond with your workers' old age money and spend it for things like yachts?

She was given all kinds of jobs for which she had absolutely no training or any particular acumen. Thus she fancies herself a "manager" The point I'm making is that she never had to develop the skills to actually achieve.

She was left penniless when her father died. Epstein gave her promise for the way back to big money, most likely ill-gotten, just like her father's.

Essentially it was a trade contacts for money arrangement.
