He will absolutely not put in anyone who voted to impeach drumpf or who voted for the 1/6 commission if he has anything at all to say about it.

I don’t get it. Why are any Republicans allowed, let alone required, to be on this committee? McCarthy will turn this into a farce if he’s allowed to. Why is he being allowed to?

However, if they participate, they get to choose their members. As I have said before, I will be surprised if Junkyard Dog Gym Jordan is not on the committee.

...and it would help dispel some of the charges of "partisanship".

Also, it would make it more difficult for McCarthy to disrupt and obstruct, if there are Republicans on the Committee to counter the charges of McCarthy's plants.

Democrats would probably vehemently disagree with her if she did something like that, but I think it might be a smart political decision, since Republicans will try to charge Democratic partisanship as a way to de-legitimize the Committee.

Just my opinion.
