he was a neo con before it was in vogue and spread that bullshit far and wide until george w. moron* started bombing Iraq due to daddy issues. And cause countless deaths of Iraqi people and thousands of U.S. Soldiers (not to mention the 10's of thousands wounded)

That award goes to Darth Cheney.

Rumsfeld's "known unknowns" answer r.e. Iraq lives in my head all the time. He deserves a great deal of responsibility for the Iraq Invasion blunder, but more goes on the head of President War Criminal and Darth Cheney.
