"Limited government,," "fiscal responsibility," "family values," "patriotism," "freedom," ...

Apparently few people actually believed.

Lying us into wars, lying about political opponents, "supply-side economics," creation science, swiftboat liars, Willie Horton, The Southern Strategy, Iran-Contra, lying us into unnecessary wars, irrational loathing of "Liberal," Clintons murdered 30 people, Benghazi, phony IRS scanda, email, pizzagate, Hunter Biden's laptop, ...

So what's left to believe about conservatism? Did real conservatives like Bill Kristol or Joe Walsh stand up to the lies before Trump? No, because they knew that they could never sell their ideology without lies and smears. So the lying and smearing became the ideology. When you dance with the devil you don't change the devil, the devil changes you.

And there is no return.

Folks, conservatism is dead. Conservatism is no more. What remains is just plain old lying. What remains is fascism which, when all is said and done, is nothing more than a pure power grab.

We need to do more to point out the death of conservatism. Why? Because it's the truth and the truth will win.
