(but I can easily understand with the obvious desire to focus on Chicago only... the totality would upset the specific)

(36,747 posts)Chicagos biggest problem is Indiana, followed by other red states with horrible gun laws.

(36,747 posts)They photograph cars and their plates, especially IL plates. There have been arrests in IL.
They are also using the information to try to get these dealers FFLs pulled.

They should expand that to other states, IMO.
The best defense is a good offense.

It also has deep lack of respect for LGBTQ rights.
Why do you hate Chicago and Illinois so much that you will question their moves to make Indiana gun dealers abide by the law?

(13,886 posts)Not to say there isn't a problem in Indiana, but I don't see how it's the biggest problem.

(36,747 posts)Failure of federal laws. IMO.
No handguns or assault weapons allowed should be allowed to leave states except through the FFL channel.
As far as IL itself, they can bite down when they want and they should do so.

(21,798 posts)It's not like people getting shot during an altercation or during another crime like a robbery.
This looks like senseless random violence.
Why in the world would someone drive by a park or a house and open fire at multiple people, including children?
What defense is there against this type of madness?
