... FOX, they are there. They take any appearance and isolate some speech hesitation or correction. Tuckums, Hannity and Ingrum do it... they did it with Hillary Clinton, also. They had her practically dead. Their whisper campaign is that he is frail, and has lost most of his brain function. Of course, they also consider him a mastermind who is making the US a Communist-style Socialist country.

Hal Sparks the comedian/actor goes through these things daily on his YouTube and other media outlets to mock and expose them. He'll take those isolated clips, and play the rest of them to show just how sleazy and dishonest these propagandists are. He points out where they edit the videos, which are particularly prevalent when Trump is the one talking. It happens a lot with him. Makes one wonder what they're cutting out to hide it.

13. The right is really struggling when it comes to Biden. The last attempt at proving incapacity

was making a thing out of Biden's remark when he was signing a bill. That didn't go so well. Biden made an aside as he was signing about his name being longer than Obama's. Well, the right hopped all over that. "Joe Biden" is definitely shorter than "Barack Obama." Except Joe signs his name "Joseph R. Biden, Jr." Oops. Back to socialism, I guess. LOL.
