The last words Michael Chad Breinholt heard were, Youre about to die, my friend.
Then a West Valley City police sergeant pulled the trigger.
Breinholts mother, Susan Neese, has seen the final moments of her 31-year-old sons life. The body camera footage from Aug. 23, 2019, shows he was intoxicated at the police department.
With his hands cuffed behind his back, he briefly wrestled with two officers. One screamed that Breinholt was grabbing his holstered gun. Sgt. Tyler Longman rushed into the room, made his declaration and fired.
He took the time to think about that, to say those words, Neese said in a recent interview. And then aim and shoot. And kill Chad.
Watching the video was heartbreaking for Breinholts family members. That shock deepened when their attorney said this wasnt the first time Longman had shot and killed someone while on duty.
It was his third.

People trying to live action movie comic book lives are a menace.
This is flat murder, and needs to be prosecuted as such, pour encourager les autres.

So, the question remains: are they actually good cops or are they complicit? Because it sure looks like they don't care if their "brothers" murder people.

And that bastard, trigger-happy, psycho-cop! He didn't have to kill him. There was no threat. The kid was handcuffed and the cop has a habit of blowing people away at the slightest provocation. He should be fired at the very least. Personally, I would like to see more happen to him, but it's not logical and would never happen.

Like fucking bored rotten kids hanging around in the station pulling the wings off flies.
Big crime fighters theyve got there toying with an intoxicated suicidal person.
