15. Qualification for running for President is a Constitutional matter.

The Constitution overrides any laws regarding eligibility to run for President that might be passed. So, no law could do that. Only a Constitutional Amendment could do what you suggest. And that's not happening.

That's why no such laws exist. They cannot.
