According to a report from KCAL Los Angeles, a 34-year-old man who joked six weeks ago that he had not been vaccinated against COVID-19 died from the novel coronavirus this week after documenting on his social media accounts his declining health while asking for prayers.
The report states that Stephen Harmon, a graduate of Hillson College, made his last social media post on Wednesday just before he was intubated.
He wrote, "i'm choosing to go under intubation, i've fought this thing as hard as i can but unfortunately it's reached a point of critical choice & as much as i hate having to do this i'd rather it be willingness than forced emergency procedure. don't know when i'll wake up, please pray."

Well dude you could have gotten a free shot(s), now you have left your family with the burden of paying for your hospital costs and your funeral....this is just how stupid you were and everyone else that follows what ever you idiots follow...you were advised...

Put myself, my family AT RISK BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPIDITY??
FUCK YOU.
FYI: I'm fully vaxxed and wear a mask EVERYWHERE in public. Hopefully, social Darwinism will thin the herd of imbeciles and Republicans. A better society awaits....

A pandemic of the unvaccinated. By the time they realize, if they ever do, there will be the doctor there like the one who was interviewed telling them Im sorry but its too late.

(3,303 posts)I'm also angry with them for the traumatic and continuing ordeal they are forcing on health-care workers. A year and a half almost now has consumed the hospital staffs all across the world, and they probably had in April started tentatively planning vacations and weeks off...
But now-- back in crisis mode.
AND FOR WHAT?

(11,831 posts)(or Instagram post) the 34-year old put out three days before he died ... well, his god must have wanted him "home" or his faith wasn't strong enough for his god to heal him. That language irks me greatly.

His foolishness killed him. But at least he filled up his social media.

(14,858 posts)They could be calling 5% "many". If the majority of them were vaccinated, they probably would have said "most".
but we still don't know if they were advocating no vaccines

Wherever the grave or urn is; you'll find them there!
Worried about being tracked so they make themselves easier to track.

(1,910 posts)Makes a huge difference in the statistics. A tennis instructor we know, also early 30s, refused the vaccine, got Covid, felt bad for 3 days, and recovered 100%. But he was a fitness fanatic and in great shape...although why he is anti-vax is beyond me.
Anyway, a guy like this who was overweight and sedentary was playing with fire.

"Many" is utterly meaningless because it's so vague, he could be calling 5% "many". Also, if they consider it a "personal decision" then how the hell does he know how many are vaccinated? Answer: he doesn't. He's guessing.

I just passed this on to my 34 year-old smart son who's had his two Pfizers, and who can now pass this story on to his young peers at the farmers' market he runs every Saturday.

His family must be devastated. I read on Facebook that his mother adopted him from India as an infant, along with his older sister.
