As the other person said, it would probably get thrown out. Politicians are typically not legally liable for the results of legislation they promote or vote for.

misinformation about COVID-19 in public.


Attack the rightwing apparatus, the doctors will quit doing this kind of stuff for a quick buck, if they face concequences for their actions.
