As the other person said, it would probably get thrown out. Politicians are typically not legally liable for the results of legislation they promote or vote for.
think we all should file a class action against all of the "others" for making us live in a war zone within OUR OWN COUNTRY.

misinformation about COVID-19 in public.
Attack the rightwing apparatus, the doctors will quit doing this kind of stuff for a quick buck, if they face concequences for their actions.
