(9,500 posts)I would have liked to see a way for people unable to pay to have access to an interest-free loan that could be paid back slowly and on ability to pay.

(10,067 posts)Most of the money has not been spent, that is available and the landlords will get paid through it. Just bloody extend it, get the money out there and let somebody try and sue.

(32,068 posts)And the SC said July 31 was it. The program has a sea of paperwork and landlords are not being paid. The paperwork requires the tenants to cooperate and in many cases they don't.
