There really is an Earth One, where objective reality exists, and Earth Two, which is created from conspiracies, TFG's babblings, and The Big Lie. I think the only people who move from Earth Two to Earth One are those on their death beds who have listened to their wives and children suffer from the illness they themselves refused to take seriously.
