Very smart people ask these questions.
Here we are today in the middle of a constitutional crisis, after our Capitol was stormed and attacked, after people were killed, after the lives of our elected Congressmen and Senators and Vice-President were threatened, after loyalists of the former President conspired to overthrow an election, after fraudulent claims were made to the American people that the election itself was a "fraud", after our democracy was assaulted, after extortion of several state officials by the former Administration, after inciting an insurrection, and after sedition against the United States of America...
And we ask, "were any laws broken?"
