AZ Senate/Cyber Ninjas refusing to turn over their records of the fraudit

Incredible the hypocrisy of these people... The AZ Senate has been given everything they could possibly need, and is now threatening to prosecute the Maricopa elections board for not turning over routers that the Ninjas DON'T need. At the same time, they refuse to give any transparency to the process!!!

https://www.azcentral.com/story/news/politics/arizona/2021/08/05/arizona-senate-appeals-court-order-releasing-cyber-ninjas-records-election-audit/5485920001/

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann and other Republicans in her caucus are fighting to keep secret the records of the 2020 election audit they are directing despite a judge's order that they "immediately" hand over all communications related to the effort.

Fann, R-Prescott, Sen. Warren Petersen, R-Gilbert, and the Arizona Senate filed a petition in the Arizona Court of Appeals on Wednesday in hopes of overturning the order.

Their attorneys, Kory Langhofer and Thomas Basile, wrote that the Superior Court judge's order is "an extraordinary incursion into the sovereign affairs" of the Legislature. They also continued to argue, as they did unsuccessfully in a lower court, that the records held by the Senate's contractor, Cyber Ninjas, are not public.

The case initially was brought by American Oversight, a nonprofit group founded in part by former Obama administration officials to investigate the Trump administration. The Arizona Republic also sued the Senate for communications related to the audit, including messages between the Senate and Cyber Ninjas. That separate lawsuit also named Cyber Ninjas as defendants.

Physical action on the part of law enforcement and probably federal action as well. They need to be locked up too.

State troopers to enter their venue, lock them all up and confiscate state election property. Courts can sort it all out later, much later.

They remind me of Donnie claiming, 'I have Article 2 powers, I can do whatever I want'. Dumbass Donnie failed to notice that the number 2 comes after the number 1. Article 1 is the House of Representatives, and the Speaker is a constitutional office.

They're just as delusional.

No data, no analysis, nothing but emails, billing documents, and requests for more taxpayer funding.

And perhaps some incriminating correspondence with TFG's staff and/or political strategy organizations.
