21. I work among a few

They suck up every garbage information out there. I'm shocked to hear some of what is said. When you respond with evidence-based information, they find something about it to criticize. They are extremely resistant to change.
I was told by a colleague the other day, that Biden's dictatorial agenda has put her career in jeopardy. She thanked me as a Biden voter for her demise and stated that she's considering leaving the profession. I told her that she was welcomed and that I agree that maybe nursing wasn't the best fit. Oh, she was mad. She went on to spew her resume and how dear I tell her to leave nursing (the same profession she told me she might leave). She has now blocked me from her WhatsApp and unfriended me on other social media platforms. Oh well.

But I heard someone say that nurses aren't doctors, and they don't recieve the same training in research. So, they're actually more about routines and procedures and are not rewarded for independent thought. Plus, they're quite likely to be religious.

Okok there are individual exceptions of course.
