I asked if Kathy Hochul was a Dem or a Rep (I really didn't know), and my Gen Y daughter said "it's better than having a Rapist as Governor".

Cuomo was not accused of Rape. Maybe I'm the last one who thinks that's an important distinction?

27. I do live in New York. I'm hoping that Hochul will do well, but I'm nervous it will be a situation

like with Governor Paterson after Elliott Spitzer resigned. President Obama called Paterson and urged him to drop out of the governor's race to pave the way for a more electable Andrew Cuomo. I sure hope we don't end up with a republican governor like Carl Paladino or a nutjob like DeSantis or Abbot.
