...in accordance with long-term goals and then they dedicate themselves to the battles needed to achieve those goals.

They have been fighting the Gerrymandering battles for decades while the Democratic Party fights like kittens chasing distractions.

The GOP will win this next round and the devastation to our Democracy will last for a generation or worse. They planted the seeds for these battles long long ago.
