who sued the CDC and 7 airlinesThe US government has defended the legality of its mask mandates, filing a point-by-point rebuttal against a complaint in Florida that said such mandates were unconstitutional.
This week's filing appeared to be the first time the government laid out a lengthy legal defense against claims that mask mandates put in place during the pandemic were illegal.
The filing included 88 pages of rebuttals and another 70 pages of exhibits. It was filed by high-level government officials, including Brian M. Boynton, acting assistant attorney general.
Lucas Wall, a frequent flyer who said he cannot wear a mask because of a medical condition, in June sued the CDC, President Joe Biden, and a handful of other federal agencies. He also sued seven airlines.

I'm no doctor, but, it doesn't seem prudent.

He's an anti-masker, so also being a liar seems quite congruent.

As has already been said, if he can't wear a mask, he has no business flying in the first place.

(3,707 posts)Though long studied, no one has yet come up with a plausible explanation of 'tantrumitus'.
Symptoms seem to come on suddenly and include red face, loud voice, at times meaningless babble.
Too often the vocal braying is followed by physical flaying. In extreme cases the sickened seek death rather than depth.
Some suggest tantrumitus is a systematic allergy condition wherein the self becomes inflamed by its own ego.
The affected experience extremely subjective dissociative identity issues.
Tantrumius is not contagious though some studies suggest the dis-ease is spread by words.
Nonetheless others around are at times injured when the afflicted are triggered by masked phantoms of the mind.
It is sad to be owned by the ego.
