is anyone familiar with those robotic pets (dogs or cats)
listed as an alzheimers companion pets?

a family member has dementia (along with physical issues from a stroke that was due to covid) and is living in a facility that allows pets.
she's lonely and wants to get a dog or cat. not only would she be unable to properly care for the dog or cat, she can't afford one.
so, i'm thinking maybe one of these robotic pets.
