...but watch for Biden and the Democratic Party to get all the blame for the atrocities that are sure to come.

Talking constantly about how Biden is simply complying with the Trump Treaty with the Taliban.
I don't pay that much attention to the media or twitter (except what's here) but my guess is ... they're not doing so.

(5,444 posts)5. I'm surprised President Biden agreeed to carry out the deal Trump negotiated
especially when the Afghan government was not even party to the deal and with Trump's terrible track record. The one conclusion that is sure to be reached later is that the US and its allies did not know how to proceed in Afghanistan after initially defeating the Taliban. At least Mullah Omar is no longer around to impose his idea of an islamic state, although its unclear how his successors will differ.
