Try it yourself, and see what happens:

"You know, if there is this conspiracy and *they*, you know 'they', are doing all these crimes, and Trump, Michael Flynn, and allies KNOW about these crimes and they aren't naming names or seeking justice and it goes on for years (4 years at this point, approaching 5), then at what point do they themselves become accessories to the conspiracy?"

They will just say it’s Biden’s, Hillary’s, or Obama’s doing, you know, suppressing evidence, etc.
