Facing a firestorm of criticism, President Joe Biden plans to speak Friday about the chaotic evacuation of Americans and allies from Afghanistan as the U.S. struggles with obstacles ranging from armed Taliban checkpoints to airport pandemonium and cumbersome red tape.
Biden is set to meet with his national security team about the evacuations, and to speak from the White House Friday afternoon.

I see the offensive to get the facts straight on this, buuuuut....
Biden has already done that in my opinion (just because I'm satisified with his response doesn't mean others are). This just perpetuates the story of how "mismanaged" the withdrawal is.

I truly dont think this will hurt him in the long run, but he has to show control. What a mess.
