BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – The State of Florida Board of Education notified the Broward School Board Friday that it has 48 hours to comply with Gov. Ron DeSantis’ executive order regarding mask mandates at schools or a portion of their salaries will be deducted on a monthly basis until they are in compliance.

If they choose to not be in compliance, the school board has 48 hours to provide Education Commissioner Richard Corcoran with the current annual salaries of all board members.

“An amount equal to 1/12 of the total annual compensation of the school board” will then be withheld each month, “as an initial step,” the letter stated.

“Monthly withholding must continue until the School Board of Broward County demonstrates compliance, the State Board of Education withdraws this order, or when the emergency rule expires or is withdrawn,” the notice stated. “If the School Board of Broward County fails to provide the requested compensation information within the 48 hour period, the Florida Department of Education shall withhold state funds based on the most recent appropriations estimate until the school board provides the current estimate.”

Rotate the kid through a different class room every hour of every day of the entire time it takes to get him exposed...you wanna play stupid games Ron? Be prepared to win stupid prizes...but gamble with YOUR kid not other people's children.

That "no mask mandate" decree would be recalled in less time that it takes to say " Holy shi..."

Please sign this release absolving the school district of all responsibility for the sickness and death that will ensue, and agreeing that the Florida Board of Education is the body responsible for all civil and criminal liability that might be found in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Board and each of its members renounce any defense based on sovereign immunity, qualified immunity, or related protection usually afforded to government agencies and their officials, and agree that they will assume civil and criminal risk for their reckless mandate.

Do we have a deal, folks? Otherwise, GTFOH.
