This broke my heart. How terrifying for these little boys. They witnessed their father's murder then had to save themselves. I hope they get plenty of help.

It was either a very lucky shot, or a trained shooter .

I used to target shoot decades ago. It takes a lot of practice and concentration just to hit a stationary target.
Effecting a kill shot while moving on a highway takes skill, and motivation . . .

reminds me of the wild wild west. I've seen videos of people just running down the street chasing other people and shooting away like it's a normal thing to do.
It saddens me. I live very close to the city and I've wanted to introduce NYC to my granddaughter so she could experience the feeling and excitement of NYC. That wont happen for a while
