2. I'm not so sure? From what I've heard they are getting less than a year

so far. That is not right, as Tommy Chong said, "Hell, I got 9 months for selling bongs". We're talking about people that destroyed property, threatened the lives of Congress, and assaulted the Capital Police. If you committed a similar crime here in Austin you would have the book thrown at you.
